If you order from our online shop (www.materialistic.cz), we will need some of your personal information to be able to deliver your order or communicate regarding it in case of personal pickup.

Which Personal Data You Provide Us
Only the most essential data required for processing your order. Name, address for delivery, and, if necessary, billing address. For communication with you, we also need your email and phone number. We don't need to know anything more.
How Your Personal Data Is Handled
They are as safe as can be in the age of the information society. The data you provide is secured in a database managed by Shoptet, s.r.o., the operator of the platform our e-shop runs on. You can read about how data is protected in Shoptet here.
Your data will only be accessed by the people preparing your order and having access to the secure database. They are instructed on how to handle personal data and committed to its protection.
Who Can Access Your Data

As anonymized data (data that cannot be matched to a specific person and their personal data provided to us), other providers of services we use can encounter your data. This includes Google and its services Google Addwords and Google Analytics. Also, Ecomail, Facebook, and Comgate.
We assess your satisfaction with your purchase through email surveys as part of the Ověřeno zákazníky (Verified by Customers) program in which our e-shop participates. We use a service provider for sending surveys and evaluating your feedback, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal. For these purposes, we may pass on information about purchased goods and your email address. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party for their own purposes when sending email surveys. If you wish to refuse further email surveys within the framework of the Ověřeno zákazníky program, you can do so anytime by declining additional surveys using the link in the survey email. The survey is sent to you every time you make a purchase from us, unless you decline sending them in compliance with Section 7, paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.
Will You Send Me a Newsletter After I Shop with You?
Yes, we send an email newsletter (approximately once every one to two months) to people who purchased goods through our e-shop. Legislatively, we rely on the legitimate expectation of an interest in our product range. Every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe link, and it's enough for you to write, "I no longer want the newsletter," and we'll immediately remove you from our contact database.
And What About Cookies, May I See Them?
You leave a small cookie on every page you visit. In reality, it's a short text file. Thanks to anonymous cookies we find in our statistics, we can, for instance, detect technical or other issues on our pages. Cookies help us optimize and improve our pages to be truly functional and for you to find what you're looking for as quickly as possible. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. What GDPR Guarantees for You
You have the right to access your personal data, correct personal data, or restrict processing according to Article 18 of GDPR. The right to erase personal data according to Article 17 of GDPR. The right to object to processing according to Article 21 of GDPR and the right to data portability according to Article 20 of GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the data controller mentioned in the introduction to these conditions. Furthermore, if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been breached, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Our Commitment
We undertake that we have adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data (antivirus software, two-factor password verification, security patch updates, etc.). Only authorized personnel have access to personal data and follow an internal manual for working with personal data. We declare honestly that we will never pass your data to third parties for trading or misuse for marketing or other purposes.

By sending the order from the online order form, you confirm that you are aware of the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety. You agree to these conditions by checking the consent box through the online form. The data controller is authorized to amend these conditions. The new version of the terms of personal data protection will be published on the website.
