Orientation in more complex sewing moments of this project will be simplified by the VIDEO tutorial. It's absolutely amazing if you know a little French. And if you don't, the video is very illustrative. We definitely recommend playing it as part of your preparation. Or when you have time to sew Maison Fauve pieces just in your head :).

FABRIC SELECTION:
Fabrics will behave differently depending on their level of drape. For the Haut Vol dress, we see it in poplin, linen, and viscose - each time it will be different. Imagine what you'd like to have and choose the fabric accordingly. In general, you want a medium or lower weight non-stretch woven fabrics.
FABRIC REQUIRED (for fabric width 140 cm):
34 - 38: 170 cm
40-42 : 190 cm
44-46 : 210 cm
48-52 : 235 cm
