This woven corduroy fabric is made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane, according to OEKO-tex Standard 100. Due to the elastane content, this fabric offers a slight stretch. The fabric has a width of 145 cm and a weight of 300 gr/m2. Due to the 21w structure, this corduroy has a unique texture with 21 ribs per inch, meaning the ribs are relatively thin. This makes the fabric extremely suitable for a wide range of garments.
HOW TO CARE FOR THE FABRIC
Tencel fibers are vulnerable when wet, so handle them with care. Just follow the rule of using a half-empty washing machine, avoid using a dryer, and don't steam iron it. You can wash it at 30°C, then hang it or lay it flat to dry. Ironing is fine but without steam. Don't use laundry bags, as the mesh could snag the surface of the fabric.
