A lovely knit blend of linen and Tencel. The fabric is velvety soft to the touch with a characteristic chalky brushed finish.
Unlike fabrics made purely from Tencel, it wrinkles less and has antibacterial and antistatic properties. It's ideal for creating flowing knit dresses or airy tops that drape nicely on the body.
HOW TO CARE FOR THE FABRIC:
Lyocell fibers have antibacterial properties, and garments made from them don't require washing as frequently as garments made, for example, from cotton.
Never overload the washing machine with Tencel; wash at a partial load. Use lower spin speeds (max 900). Washing in cold water is recommended (or a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius), iron from the reverse side at a lower temperature, and avoid using a dryer. The manufacturer recommends drying the fabric horizontally after washing. For sewing, needles with a round tip marked as jersey needles are suitable.
